Anna celebrated her 6 month birthday with her favorite pasttime – sitting on the couch with Daddy, a cold brew in hand, watchin’ the Patriots. They grow up so fast, it’s hard to believe this is the same little girl we brought home in May. Happy 1/2 Birthday!
I’m Still Here
Anna’s got lots of new photos since the last post. We all visited North Carolina and Anna tried on her new swim suit. In this picture she’s “waving” from her Bumbo seat. Say hi, Anna!
Two Months Old & Happy as a Clam
Anna’s social calendar was full during her second month of life. In early June, Auntie Liz and Uncle Brian made the trek from Syracuse to meet the little girl. Then, Grandpa Dale and Grandma Elizabeth stopped by for a few days to get know the newly smiling pumpkin. Finally, Gramma Pam kept our bundle of joy entertained and happy during the last week of June.
And there was much rejoicing…yaaaaayyyy

Happy 1 Month Birthday!
Anna is a genius! At just one month, she can focus and track high-contrast objects (like Wilbur Elefanté, her first toy from Mom and Dad) and hold her head up for periods of 5-8 seconds at a time. We are quite certain she will be walking and talking by the end of the summer.

Anna Banana
For Anna’s 6-day birthday, we gave her her very own banana plant. As you can see, she is overcome with emotion.
Also, props to Wedge, our crazy-cat, who has been remarkably accepting of the newest member of our family. Good kitty!
Anna Rose
We’re so happy to announce that Anna Rose Fowler was born on May 5, 2006 at 5:18 pm. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz. and is 19.75 inches long. She’s beautiful and healthy and we love her lots!
Anna’s birthday also happens to be the fifth anniversary of Sarah and Aaron’s first date, at a Cinco de Mayo party in Boston.

The Belly
Sarah weighed almost 9 lbs. when she was born, and we think our little girl has the same big baby genes. This is at 28 weeks and the Belly seems to grow by the day. We’ve heard big babies sleep better when they’re born, so we’re rooting for a 15 pounder.
