Anna and Tessa love the new house, the extra space and the big yard. So do the wildlife – bunnies, woodchucks, deer, chipmunks, squirrels, mice (rats?), bugs and birds. Ah, country living…

Summer’s over and we’ve moved on…

Mine, all mine…
It’s all or nothing these days – one ball just isn’t good enough anymore. Anna is getting better at sharing, though. Her new favorite activity is to gather all the balls and give them to Daddy. Then, one by one she hands them off to Mommy. She’ll go back and forth a few times until she decides she wants them all in her lap.

Toddler Halloween #1 was a success – she wore the costume! (minus the basket and red shoes). We told her it was a new coat.

Agua!
Anna had a great time at the beach on Figure Eight Island in North Carolina this past week, visiting with family and playing in the water. All week long we heard the same words over and over, “Agua! Bubba (bubbles)! Agua! Bubba!” Yes, the Atlantic Ocean is just one big bathtub to our 14 month old.
